Patricia Ann Schoen, 69, of Sedalia, passed away early Monday, April 7, 2008 , at her home.
She was born on November 11, 1938, in Princeton, Texas, the daughter of Joseph L. and LauVera Hall Bagwill. On June 12, 1956, in Tipton, Missouri, she was united in marriage to Joseph Herbert Schoen who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Schoen was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. She worked as a private in home care giver for many years. She enjoyed going to garage sales, watching the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals. Pat loved nature and the great outdoors. She also had the love for the lord. She had lived in Sedalia all of her life.
Survivors include four sons, Herbert E. Schoen and his wife Tracy, Randy Schoen , and his wife, Tammy, all of Otterville, Missouri, James L. Schoen, and his wife Lisa, of Sedalia, Richard A. Schoen, and his wife Brenda, of St. Joseph, Missouri, two daughters, Shelia K. Sanders, and her husband Kenneth, also of Otterville, and Rebecca A. Schoen, of Las Vegas, Nevada. She is also survived by two brothers, Danny D. Bagwill, of Holiday, Missouri, Joe Eddie Bagwell, of Syracuse, Missouri, a sister Rose Marie Lorenz, of Pilot Grove, Missouri, eleven grandchildren; four great grandchildren, of Sedalia; her mother, of Syracuse and her companion Bob Whiteman of Sedalia.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, at the Heckart Funeral Home with Pastor Al Altman, officiating.
Pallbearers will be Tom Romig, Adam Schoen, Justin Schoen, Aaron Schoen, Robert Lorenz and David Lorenz.
Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
