She and her husband owned a farm. She enjoyed gardening and loved her dogs and cats. She had lived in the Beaman area most of her life.
Survivors include a niece, Virginia McQueen, and her husband, Charles, of Sedalia; a nephew, Robert Cooper, and his wife, Gloria, of Napoleon; and several great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Robert Cooper; a niece, Joyce
Paxson; and a nephew, Junior Cooper.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, May 8, 2006, at Salem Cemetery, with the Rev. Ron Adair officiating.

Norma Cora Beaman, 89, of Sedalia, died Friday, May 5, 2006, at Rest Haven Convalescent & Retirement Home.
She was born March 1, 1917, in rural Pettis County, a daughter of Mark Buel and Cora Dell Swift Cooper. On May 18, 1953, in Beaman, she married Ricie Beaman, who died June 4, 1977.
