Lillian Juanita Caldwell, 93, of Sedalia, died Wednesday, February 16, 2005, at
Bothwell Regional Health Center.

She was born December 8, 1911, in Texas, daughter of William and Eliza Smith
Schmidt. On June 28, 1932, in Sedalia, she was married to Forest Allcorn, who died
October 21, 1972. In 1983, in Sedalia, she was married to Lawrence Dale Caldwell, who survives of the home.

Mrs. Caldwell was a member of Parkview Christian Church. She had worked as a
clerk at Mattingley’s store. She was a seamstress and enjoyed painting.

Survivors also include a son, Dr. Donald J. Allcorn, and his wife, Joyce, of Sedalia;
a daughter, Dr. Linda Gayle Romig, and her husband, Larry, of Siloam Springs, Ark.;
three sisters, Lucille Busker, of Sedalia, Mary Sue Sutton, of Topeka, Kan., and Irma
Jean Leibach, of Chesterfield, Missouri; a brother, Charlie Schmidt, of Topeka, Kan.;
nine grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister, LaVon Epple; and two brothers, Samuel
Schmidt and William Henry Schmidt.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 19, 2005, at Parkview Christian Church, with the Rev. Rodney Brown officiating.

Pallbearers will be grandsons, Dr. Donald K. Allcorn, Jeffrey D. Allcorn, Charles
E. Allcorn, Johnathon D. Romig, Stephen W. Romig and Stuart D. Romig.

Honorary pallbearers will be granddaughters, Elizabeth A. Martin and Susan N.
Admire, and grandson, Peter M. Allcorn.

Burial will be in Highland Sacred Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 7-8:30 p.m. Friday, February 18, 2005, at Heckart/Gillespie Funeral Home.

The family suggests memorial contributions to Regional Health Care Clinic or to a
charity of the donor’s choice.
