Harold Andrew Coffman, 75, of Sedalia, died Sunday afternoon, March 2, 2008 at Kansas City Hospice House, Kansas City, Missouri.


He was born in Spring Fork, MO on October 1, 1932 a son of George and Gladys Dump Coffman. On June 15, 1956 he married Elizabeth Bishop who survives of the home.

Mr. Coffman was a regional sales manager for Supervalue a grocery wholesale company. He was a 1950 graduate of Cole Camp High School. Mr. Coffman loved attending car races , enjoyed working on the family farm, and spending time with the grandchildren. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War.

Survivors include a son David Coffman and his wife Julie of Houston, Texas; a daughter, Sheila Stevenson and her husband Matt, of Denver, Colorado; six grandchildren, Jonathan, Nicholas, Madelyn Coffman, Melissa, Alison and Maria Stevenson. He was predeceased by a brother, Tommy Coffman.

A visitation will be held at Heckart Funeral Home from 6:30 p.m. -8 p.m. Wednesday.
