Margie Ann Cox, 71, of Sedalia, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2009, at Four Seasons Living Center.

She was born February 8, 1938, in Sedalia, a daughter of James Arthur and Margie Evelyn O'Bannon Allen. She was married to Oliver Cox, who preceded her in death.

Surviving are three sons, Calvin Gimple, of Garnett, KS, Randy Allen Gimple, of Everett, WA, and Lenny Gimple, of Ft. Worth, TX; a stepdaughter, Pam Campbell; two stepsons, Brad Smith and Greg Smith; five grandchildren; and a sister, Carolyn Speaker, of Otterville.

She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Max, Kenneth, and Dennis Allen; two sisters, Helen Vanderlinden and Donna Krug; and two half-brothers, James and Quinten Allen.

Margie was cremated and there will be no services.

Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
