Charlotte Rose Crawford, 87, of Wellington, KS, formerly of Sedalia, died Thursday, May 17, 2012, at Sumner County Care Center in Wellington.

She was born September 26, 1924, in Ponca City, OK, a daughter of Henry and Drucilla Graham Wolf. On December 31, 1945, in Wichita, KS, she married Raymond M. Crawford, who preceded her in death on December 28, 1994.
Mrs. Crawford attended Wichita Business College and then worked for the Internal Revenue Service, she also worked in Valley Center as a dental assistant. She was active in her church, loved reading the Bible, and enjoyed fishing with her family. She was a member of Antioch Fellowship.

Surviving are two sons, Kent Crawford, of Sedalia, and Steve Crawford, and his wife, Melissa, of Wichita; eight grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and a sister, Kathryn Cannon, of Georgia.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Rose Crawford; a great-grandson, Ian Kessler; and a sister, Mary Moulds.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 24, 2012, at Antioch Fellowship, with Pastor Steve Graff officiating.

Burial will be in Highland Sacred Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Heckart Funeral Home.
