Jack Andrew Crowe, 16, of Sedalia, died Saturday, July 10, 2004, at University of Missouri Hospital and Clinics in Columbia.

He was born January 31, 1988, son of David Boonstra and Joyce Thompson.

Jack was a member of the Community of Christ Church,

Smith-Cotton Speech and Debate Club and the youth group at Community of Christ Church.

Survivors include his parents, David Boonstra and Joyce Thompson; two sisters, Danielle Thompson and Cheyeanna Boonstra, both of the home; a brother, David Boonstra, Jr., of the home; maternal grandparents, John and Alfreta Thompson, of Kansas City, Missouri; three uncles, including, Doug Lillygren, of Calhoun, Missouri; and four aunts, including Mary Brown, of Kansas City, Missouri.

Memorial services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 14, 2004 at the Community of Christ Church with High Priest Beth Richardson officiating.

There will be no formal visitation.

The family suggests contributions to the Jack A. Crowe Memorial Fund, which may be left at the funeral home.
