    Beverly A. Dannels, 50, of Lee's Summitt, Missouri, formerly of Sedalia, died Saturday morning, July 12, 2003 at the North Kansas City Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.
    She was born March 9, 1953, in Sedalia, Missouri, daughter of John A. (Jack) and Yvonne Leiter Fowler, Jr. On August 27, 1975 in Warrensburg, Missouri, she married Jack Dannels, who survives of the home.
    Mrs. Dannels was a 1971 graduate of Northwest High School and a 1975 graduate of Central Missouri State University, earning a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration. She worked from November 1987 until her death as an insurance agent for Mike Keith Insurance in Clinton, Missouri. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Lee's Summitt and had served as a deacon in the Clinton Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Dannels was an avid reader and quilter. She loved to make quilts for friends and family. Many people have been the recipients of her quilts. She was also a past member of the quilt guild.
    Also surviving are a daughter, Christi Greiner, and husband Bobby, of Blue Springs, Missouri; her mother, Yvonne Fowler of Hughesville, Missouri; a brother, Daryl Fowler, and wife Becky, of Independence, Missouri; four nephews; and six nieces. She was preceded in death by her father, John (Jack) Fowler; and a brother, Jay C. Fowler.
    Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Broadway Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Dick Pierson officiating.
    Pallbearers will be Donald Cook, Ray Scheese, Ted Ferguson, Mike Keith, Paul Barbee and Roger McKinley.
    Honorary pallbearers will be Dale Snyder, Adam owler, Jake Fowler, Jordan Fowler, Kyle Wickboldt, Jim Dannels and Dickie Dannels.
    Burial will be in High Point Cemetery near.
    The family will receive friends from 12 noon until service time Monday at the Broadway Presbyterian Church. Friends may call after 8:30 a.m. Monday at the Heckart/Gillespie Funeral Home.
    The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
