Mr. Crum worked at Pittsburg Corning for many years. He liked to fish, hunt,
collect arrow heads and Indian artifacts and liked his dogs. He had lived in Sedalia all of his life and was a Baptist.

Survivors include his mother and step father, Ann and Kenneth Schilb, of
Sedalia; two brothers, Michael D. Crum, of Sublett, Kansas, and Danny R. Crum, of Hughesville; two sisters, Sharon Kay Jordan, of Cabot, Arkansas, and Peggy A. Crum, of Hughesville; a step daughter, Rhonda Fields, of Grantsville, Utah; two step sons, Chris Brooks, of Slater, and Jason Brooks, of Lee’s Summit.

He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Dean Crum.

Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 16, 2005, at
Heckart/Gillespie Colonial Chapel, with the Rev. Dr. Donald J. Allcorn officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

David Wayne Crum, 44, of Sedalia, died Saturday, November 12, 2005, at Bothwell Regional Health Center.

He was born May 18, 1961, in Sedalia, a son of Billy Dean and Elizabeth Ann Curtis Crum. On August 2, 1986, in Sedalia, he married Phonda Christine Fitzgerald, who died July 3, 2003.
