Marjorie M. Ellis, 89, of Canby, Minnesota, formerly of Sedalia, died Thursday, July 8, 2004, at Senior Haven Nursing Home in Canby.

She was born November 6, 1914, in Rock Rapids, Iowa, daughter of William and Ethel Follet Monlux. She was married to Wilbur Ellis, who preceded her in death.

Survivors include three daughters, Betty Borg, of Eagle, Alaska, Margorie E. Lyle, of Newman, Georgia, and Ethel Miller, of Canby; a sister, Wilma Kroening, of Morris, Minnesota; six grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and a great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by two sisters.

Memorial services will be held at 9 a.m. Monday at Heckart/Gillespie Colonial Chapel, with Jim Miller officiating.

Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery.

There will be no visitation, however friends may sign the guest register below.
