Ella was a member of Faith Baptist Church.  She worked for Interstate Studios for over 20 years.  Ella was a member of the Show-Me-Crafters and loved quilting. 

Ella is survived by five daughters, Judith Stark and her husband Lee, and Peggy Sparks and her husband David both of Leeton, Charlotte Andrews and her husband Gary of Belton, Deanna Lindsey and her husband Dale and Donna Trelow and her husband Charles both of Sedalia, two sisters, Ruby Biggers of Marshfield, and Myrtle Allen of Ozark, two brothers, Clifford Clark of Springfield, and John Clark of  Ft. Pierce, FL., 13 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter.

Ella was predeceased by both of her parents and her step-father Clifford Clark, Sr., three sisters, Mary Wilbun, Christina Biggers, and Catherine Hankins, and one brother, Robert Clark who died in infancy.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 22, 2009 at Heckart Funeral Home, with Pastor Dan Hankins officiating.

Casket bearers will be Nicholas Lindsey, Jon McCormack, David Andrews, Bryan Young, Jacob Estes, and Aaron Schroeder.

Burial will be in LaMonte Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m.  to 2:00 p.m. Monday June 22, 2009 before the service at Heckart Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Faith Baptist Church.

Ella May Myers, 86, of Sedalia, died Thursday evening, June 18, 2009 at Bothwell Regional Health Center.

She was born May 26, 1923 in Yaphank Long Island, New York a daughter of John Henry and Christina Smith.
