Daniel Hickman, Sr., 64, of Sedalia, died Monday, May 26, 2003, at Bothwell Regional Health Center.
He was born May 6, 1939, in Mt. Moriah, Missouri, son of Forrest Kelly and Bertha Mae (Turner) Hickman.
Mr. Hickman worked as a machinist for a steel company and had lived in Sedalia since 1996, moving here from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Survivors include five sons, Lynden Hickman of Minot, North Dakota, Curtis Hickman of Forest Lake, Minnesota, Kelly Hickman of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Daniel Hickman, Jr. of Sedalia, and Jimmy Hickman of Sedalia; a daughter, Cora Corzette of Minot, North Dakota; a brother, Almo Hickman of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; two sisters, Virginia Barbie of Des Moines, Iowa, and Rosalee Spears of Illinois; and eleven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 30, 2003 at the family's home located at 1612 East 7th Street, Sedalia.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
