Mary was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening. She was an administrative assistant with Intrust Bank in Wichita for 29 years.
Surviving are her husband Danny, of the home; parents, Jack and Barbara Crowell, of Otterville; a sister, Angie Stuart, of Otterville; a brother, Randy Crowell, of Sedalia; children, Patrick Ivey, of Wichita, KS, April Gallo-Ivey, of Shell Knob; daughter-in-law, Sarah Ivey, of Wichita; and grandchildren, Trenton, Alyssa and Isabella.
Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 3, at Heckart Funeral Home, with the Rev. Ron Marsh officiating.
Casket bearers will be Danny Ivey, Mike Heineman, Frank Larmeir, Kenny McDaniel, Randy Crowell, Johnnie Stuart, Chris Robinson and Charles Goode.
Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time Tuesday at Heckart Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions are suggested to First Baptist Church of Otterville.
Mary (Crowell) Ivey, 48, of Haysville, Kansas, died Thursday, January 29, 2009, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born July 17, 1960, in Brizenorton, England, a daughter of Jack and Barbara Roark Crowell.
