David Clark Kelley, 59, of Sedalia; died Monday morning, June 7, 2004 at his home.

He was born March 8, 1945, in Sedalia, Missouri; son of Chester Paul and Lorena C. Jerriell Kelley.  On October 16, 1965, in Sedalia, Missouri; he married Jane Hickam who survives of the home.

Mr. Kelley was a member of the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church, Moose Lodge #1494 and the Democrat Breakfast Club. He liked going to drink coffee at Best Western and Pit Stop, playing cards, visiting with friends and was a big St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan.

Survivors include his wife, Jane Kelley of the home; two daughters, Jenny Kelley, Kansas City; Nicki Kelley of the home, three brothers, Jerry Kelley, Sedalia; John Kelley, Kansas City; Jim Kelley, Hermitage; two sisters, Delores Fletcher, Kansas City, Missouri and Colleen Riggs, Independence, Missouri.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Linda Cheryl Kelley, Bonnie Jean Kelley in infancy and a brother Dan Kelley.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 10, 2004 at the Heckart/Gillespie Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Joann Keele and Fred Biggs officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

Moose Lodge services will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday with the visitation to follow until 8:30 p.m. 

The family suggests contributions to Pleasant Hill Church or Cemetery.
