Mrs. Jones had worked as a clerk for convenience stores. She was a 1992
graduate of Green Ridge High School. She enjoyed watching her daughters play
softball.
Surviving are two daughters, Chasity Ford and Chandra Ford, both of the home; her mother, Shannon Kohrs, of the home; her father, Dennis Van Winkle; a brother, Brenden Van Winkle, of Fulton; a sister, Lauren Cowan, of Sedalia; her maternal grandmother and step grandfather, June and Jack Crawford; aunts
including, Erin Moore, of Sedalia; several nieces and nephews; and her two best
friends, Cindy Wilson and Michelle Noland.
Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 19, 2005, at Heckart/Gillespie Colonial Chapel. There will be no visitation. Her body was donated to research. Friends may also sign the guest register online at www.heckart-gillespie.com.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Chasity and Chandra Ford, in care of Third National Bank.
Kristen Irene Jones, 31, of Sedalia, died July 15, 2005, at her home.
She was born October 30, 1973, in Lebanon, a daughter of Dennis Wayne Van Winkle and Shannon Rose Reardon Kohrs.
