LaVerne Doll Kroencke, 78, of Sedalia, died Thursday, June 14, 2007, at Warsaw Health and Rehab Center in Warsaw.
She was born May 12, 1929, in Urich, a daughter of Roy S. and Gladys L. Butcher Doll. On Feb. 14, 1948, in Sedalia, she was married to Roland H. Kroencke, who died Dec. 30, 2000.
Mrs. Kroencke was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church. She had lived in Sedalia since 1942. Her greatest companion was her dog, Chacola.
Surviving are friends, Mike and Jo Banks, of Marshall, Jerry Olsen, of Sedalia, and Dick and Margaret Schultz, of Sedalia.
Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 16, 2007, at Memorial Park Cemetery, with Fred Biggs officiating.
Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Heckart/Gillespie Colonial Chapel.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Children’s Therapy Center.
