Theodore Kenneth "Ted" Mueller, 55, of Sedalia, died Saturday, March 26, 2005, at Bothwell Regional Health Center.

He was born July 13, 1949, in Santa Monica, Calif., a son of Theodore William and Marcia Carvello Mueller. On December 14, 1973, in California, he married Debra Victoria Blanski, who survives of the home.



Ted enjoyed fly fishing, hunting, golfing and coaching his daughter’s soccer team. He was known as the "red headed soccer coach for Coca Cola". He worked as the maintenance superintendent at Tyson Foods. He was an Army veteran, in the Infantry Division, serving two tours in the Vietnam War. He had lived in Sedalia since 1994, moving here from Grand Terrace, California.

Survivors also include four daughters, Angela Waters, of Sedalia, Genus Louise Mueller-Alumpe, of Sedalia, Monica Lynn Mueller, of Springfield, and Melissa Ann Mueller, of Sedalia; three granddaughters; a grandson; his father, Theodore Mueller, of Victorville, Calif.; his mother, Marcia Swan, of Barnett; two half brothers, Jeff Mueller, of Pinon Hills, Calif., and Jeremy Mueller, of Wrightwood, Calif.; a step brother, Danny Swan, of Sedalia; and a half sister, Michelle McGrath, of Victorville, Calif.

He was predeceased by two brothers, Joseph Mueller and Mike Mueller.

A time of celebration of the life of Theodore Kenneth Mueller will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Wednesday at VFW Post # 2591. All are welcome to come.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to American Cancer Society.
