Delores Ida Neill, 76, of Sedalia, died Thursday afternoon, September 4, 2003 at Bothwell Regional Health Center.
She was born May 17, 1927, in Cole Camp, Missouri, daughter of Harry and Edna Myrtle Hill Schumaker.
Mrs. Neill was a homemaker and had worked for 15 years in the Dietetics Department at Bothwell Regional Health Center. She was a former member of the Bothwell Hospital Auxiliary and had lived in Sedalia most of her life.
Survivors include a son, David A. Neill and wife Dena, of Sedalia; and two granddaughters, Jennifer Neill and Caitlin Neill, both of Sedalia. She was preceded in death by a sister, Marjorie Thomas; and a brother, Virgil Delbert Schumaker.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, September 8, 2003 at the Heckart/Gillespie Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Drew Hill officiating. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
Honorary pallbearers will be Ruth Dick, Ellen Knox and Wanda Garrison.
The family will receive friends from 1:30-3:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Bothwell Hospital Auxiliary.
