Otis Lee Nickels, 53, of Sedalia, died Friday, November 23, 2007, at his home.
He was born August 22, 1954, in Huntington Park, California, a son of Bill R.
and Alene E. Parish Nickels.
Mr. Nickels was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He was an over the road
truck driver. He enjoyed camping with his kids and building models. He moved to
Sedalia in 2003 from Vista, California.
Survivors include a son, Spenser Reed Nickels, of the home; a daughter, Alene
Elizabeth Nickels, of Grandview; an adopted son, Blake Nickels, of Vista, Calif.; his parents, of Sedalia; and two brothers, Scott Nickels, of Sedalia, and Kris Nickels, of Vista, California.
He was predeceased by a sister, Tresa Louise Nickels.
Memorial services will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, December 8, 2007, at Calvary
Baptist Church, with the Rev. Ted Francis officiating.
