Yevgeniya Pasechnik, 79, of Houstonia, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2009, at her home.

She was born August 14, 1929, in Kam-podolsk, Ukraine, a daughter of Maksem and Anna Zhabura. She was married to Vasiliy Pasechnik.

Surviving are her husband, of the home; a son, Vladimir Pasechnik; two daughters, Lidiya Orlov and Dina Peshova; and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Heckart Funeral Home, with Pastor Peter Tsimbal officiating.

Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.

Church services will be at 6 p.m. Sunday at Heckart Funeral Home.
