Mr. Priesmeyer and his wife owned and operated Barb’s East End Tavern. He
also farmed livestock and did custom hay bailing. He enjoyed spending time with his dog, Pee Wee
Also surviving are four sons, Randall Priesmeyer, of Wyandotte, Okla.,
Richard Priesmeyer, of Springdale, of Ark., Jimmy Stanley, and his wife, Sandy, of Sedalia, and Harvey Peek, and his wife, Barbara, of Grandview; two daughters, Susie Coutts, and her husband, Rick, of Harrisonville, and Susie Priesmeyer, and husband, Terrence, of Sedalia; three brothers, Lawrence Henry Priesmeyer, of Wyandotte, Okla., Raymond Priesmeyer, of Fayetteville, Ark., and Orlean G. Priesmeyer, of Fayetteville, Ark.; a sister, Mabel O'Dell, of Blue Springs; twenty-nine grandchildren; and nineteen great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a son, Jerry Priesmeyer.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, March 11, 2006, at Heckart/Gillespie Colonial Chapel, with the Rev. Aaron Balke officiating.
Pallbearers will be “Leo’s Angels," Rita, Sandy, Cindy, Becky, Brenda, Susie,
Linda and Snoop.
Burial will be in Union Cemetery near Cole Camp.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Leonard Priesmeyer, 69, of Sedalia, died Tuesday, March 7, 2006, at his home.
He was born Sept. 14, 1936, in Versailles, a son of George Henry and Sylvia Peek Priesmeyer. On June 15, 1981, in Sedalia, he was married to Barbara Stanley, who survives of the home.
