Vladimir Aleksandrovich Romantsov, 68, of Sedalia, passed away Monday, August 17, 2009, at his home.

He was born February 6, 1941, in Gomel, Checherck, Belorussia, the son of Aleksander Yakovlevich and Matreona Pimenovna Yatchenko Romantsov. He was married to Vera Kurkova, who survives of the home.

Mr. Romantsov was a member of the Word of Life Church. He worked for Tyson Foods.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 19, 2009, at Heckart Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
