Mrs. Runyan provided private home healthcare for many years. She was a part-time professional truck driver with her husband for 15 years. She enjoyed horseback riding and taking care of people. She was an excellent cook and had lived in the Sedalia area all of her life.
Also surviving are two daughters, Jan Blackburn, and her husband, Paul, of Sedalia, and Shani Cooper-Rea, of Sedalia; her mother, Esther LaBille, of Sedalia; two brothers, Brad LaBille, of Sedalia, and Dennis LaBille, of Smithton; a sister, Barbara White, of Sedalia; and four grandchildren, Andrea Rea, Jake Blackburn, Connor Blackburn and Cooper Rea.
She was predeceased by her father.
Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 30, 2006, at Heckart/Gillespie Colonial Chapel, with the Rev. Tony Chapman officiating.

Joyce Lynn Runyan, 55, of Sedalia, died Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2006, at her home.
She was born Dec. 5, 1950, in Kansas City, a daughter of Joe and Esther Hubbert LaBille. On March 20, 1981, in Hay Springs, Nebraska, she was married to Donald Edward Runyan, who survives of the home.
