Mrs. Jackson was a member of First Christian Church in Moberly, the Welcome Club and Shrine Ladies. She worked at the Missouri State Fair information booth for ten years.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Chris Jackson, and his companion, Kelley, of Laurie; her mother, Elizabeth Gibson, of Columbia; three grandchildren, Jordan, Brett and Andy Clemens; two stepdaughters, Cheryl Jackson, of Maryville, and Becky Bradds, and her husband, Vince, of Moberly; and a sister, Iris Kanatzar, of Columbia.

She was predeceased by her father; and a brother, Dayna Zaner.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 8, 2009, at Heckart Funeral Home, with Rick Cox officiating.

Casket bearers will be Robert Rinehart, Larry Horton, Russ Marriott, James Duzan, David Floyd and Kenny Schick.

Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Heckart Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Shriner’s Hospital.
Twyla G. Jackson, 67, of Sedalia, died Thursday, March 5, 2009, at Bothwell Regional Health Center.

She was born Sept. 26, 1941, in Moberly, a daughter of James and Elizabeth Vance Zaner. On Aug. 7, 1971, in Moberly, she married Harold D. Jackson, who survives of the home.
