Mrs. Viebrock was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and the Ladies Aid. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, and cooking.

Surviving are a daughter, Vicki Esser, of Sedalia; a brother, Leo Bottcher, of Sedalia; two sisters, Mildred Hoard and Laverna Yost, both of Sedalia; eight grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a daughter, Della Marie Ficken; and two brothers, Herbert and Nelson Bottcher.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 19, 2009, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, with Pastor Ken Tatkenhorst officiating.

Casket bearers will be Alan Esser, Max Esser, Scott Ficken, Robert Hawn, Gerry Miller, Terry O'Bier and Kenton Simmons.

Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the church.

Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.

Pearl Martha Viebrock, 92, of Sedalia, passed away Friday, May 15, 2009, at Sylvia G. Thompson Residence Center.

She was born April 20, 1917, in Morgan County, a daughter of Henry and Emma Stoecker Bottcher. On Feb. 19, 1939, she married Elroy F. Viebrock, who died Jan. 14, 1999.
