Mr. Warbritton was a member of First United Methodist Church. He was a 1932 graduate of Smith-Cotton High School and was a United States Army veteran of World War II. He worked for the United States Postal Service from 1936 to 1969, where he was a supervisor. From 1970 to 1975, he worked for Carl Oswald Real Estate. From 1976 to 1981, he delivered for Plaza and Medical Center Pharmacies. He loved golfing, bowling, hunting, fishing, crossword puzzles, square dancing, RV traveling, camping, playing the harmonica and
was an avid reader. He was multi-talented, a jack-of-all-trades. He was actively involved in
many community and church organizations, and enjoyed spending time with his family and
friends.
Survivors include two daughters, Donna Bohm, and her husband, Robert, of Sedalia, and Cathy Warbritton, of Jefferson City; three grandchildren, Christina Masterson, Nicole Bohm and Derek Bohm; and three great grandsons, Corey, Caleb and Dylan Masterson. He was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Yoder.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 26, 2005, at Heckart/Gillespie Colonial Chapel, with the Rev. Jason Veale officiating.
Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery, with Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2591 conducting military honors at the graveside.
Pallbearers will be Derek Bohm, Robert Bohm, Corey Masterson, Caleb Masterson, Dylan Masterson and Rick Masterson.
Honorary pallbearers will be Christina Masterson, Nicole Bohm, Liz Green, June Brown, Ernestine Allee, Bob Bailey, Seigel Woodard, and Ira and Dorothy White.

Raymond Warbritton, 90, of Sedalia, died early Saturday morning, January 22, 2005, at Rest Haven Convalescent Home.
He was born February 7, 1914, in Sedalia, son of Clem Warren and Minnie Catherine Myers Warbritton. On August 26, 1939, in Harrisonville, he married Dorothy Jane Anderson, who died September 25, 2000.
