Walter Enoch Williams, 75, of Sedalia, died Saturday, Feb. 7, 2004, at his home.

He was born April 17, 1928, in Beaman, a son of Walter Everett and Lilly Maude Lindsey Williams. On Sept. 29, 1949, in Sedalia, he was married to Dixie Lee Loftin, who survives of the home.

Mr. Williams was a Navy veteran of the Korean War. He worked as an electrician and truck driver before his retirement. He was a member of the Emmett Avenue Baptist Church.

Also surviving are a daughter, Taressa Fox, of Omaha, Neb.; a sister, Margaret Cusick, of Sedalia; a brother, Eldon Williams, of Sedalia; two grandsons and three great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by an infant brother.

Graveside services and burial will be at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville at a later date.
